My friend is a fantastic designer and has just started specialising in invitations. Normally people will buy an invitation from a stationer`s and fill it in by hand or they will go to a printers. It is nice to do it that way and it is the traditional thing to do but my friend can make your invitations really special by doing something unique. Being an artist she can make the most beautiful looking invitations from a sketchy idea, a photograph or just off the top of her head. She is finding that her graduation invitations are very popular at the moment. There are not really any nice alternatives on the market and she is snowed under with doing these which is really great. I recently had a birthday party for one of my children and she did some wonderful birthday invitations for me with an extremely simple but effective design that everyone loved. Every single person who got an invite asked me where I got the invitations done because they thought that they were so amazing. My friend is having a baby soon and I have told her that she really should get her baby shower invitations done by my friend as not only will they be fabulous but they will be something that the guests can all keep.
