Roll the diapers individually and put a rubber band around them. Arrange them in a circle in the cardboard preferably a cake platter with placing a big item usually like a shampoo bottle or a lotion. You need to create different tiers of diaper cakes like this. After creating different tiers use the colored ribbons to tie each of the tier separately so that it looks attractive. On the final top tier you can place some attractive toy and tape it. You might need around 60 diapers to create diaper cakes. It all depends on how big your diaper cakes are to be.
